The customer must, within 24 hours of receiving the goods, send a communication to the email address [email protected] indicating the order number and date, as well as the issues encountered, and attach some photographs of the products to support the claim. The request will be handled by our customer care office, and if we determine that the product is defective or the packaging has been damaged by the courier, we will proceed with a refund or, if necessary, re-deliver the product.
