The general conditions of sale described below (defined as “General Conditions” below) govern the contractual relations between the users of the website www.carlofortetonnare.com (defined as “Customers” below) and the company Carloforte Tonnare PIAM srl Carloforte Tonnare PIAM srl, Via Matteotti, 23 \u2013 09014 Carloforte (SU) Italy, VAT n. IT01929800926. These general conditions are the only ones applicable and may be modified without prior notice and will be valid from the date of publication on the website www.carlofortetonnare.com. The validation of an order implies the tacit reading and acceptance of the general conditions present at that time on the site. Carloforte Tonnare PIAM srl reserves the right to reject any type of clause and\/or document attached to the customer’s order that is in opposition to and\/or adds a new element to the general conditions.<\/p>\n\n

3.How to order<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

The product catalog is organized into various product categories.The Customer can access the product detail page through the internal search engine and the links to categories and individual items available on the website. Once the product has been identified, it is possible to add it to the cart by specifying the desired quantity. In the shopping cart it is possible to change the quantities, remove items already present, proceed to fill out the order form by clicking on the Next button. Both private customers and companies can make purchases. Each order constitutes a contract between Carloforte Tonnare PIAM S.r.l. and the Customer. Each order is considered concluded with the acceptance, even partial, by Carloforte Tonnare PIAM S.r.l., which reserves the right to accept the same order. Acceptance is always explicit and is communicated to the Customer at the email address provided at the time of the order. This confirmation message will include the date and time of the order and a “Customer Order Number” to be used in any further communication with Carloforte Tonnare PIAM S.r.l. By placing an order, the Customer declares to have read all the information provided during the purchase process and to fully accept the general and payment conditions. In case of non-acceptance of the order, Carloforte Tonnare PIAM S.r.l. commits to timely communication to the Customer. <\/p>\n\n

4.Order form<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

In the order form you must enter the details of the buyer and consignee (if different) and the goods you intend to order. Delivery to PO Boxes and Poste Restante is not allowed. After entering the data, an order summary will be displayed showing the items to be purchased, partial and total amounts, applicable VAT rates, and shipping costs. If the data is correct, it is possible to proceed with payment by choosing between Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or bank transfer. 6.Prices, VAT and currency<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Prices quoted are inclusive of VAT. Tax documentation for companies and private customers. Goods always travel accompanied by the invoice. In addition, Carloforte Tonnare PIAM srl will send a copy of the tax invoice via e-mail in electronic PDF format when the order is processed.<\/p>\n\n

7.Methods and timing of delivery<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Carloforte Tonnare PIAM srl will ship the products ordered through its trusted courier, within 48 hours after receipt of payment. In the event that Carloforte Tonnare PIAM srl is not able to make the shipment within that period will be given timely notice by e-mail to the customer with an indication of the time within which the order will be processed. Carloforte Tonnare PIAM srl is not however, responsible for any delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances and force majeure. Delivery costs are calculated at the time of the order contextually to the place of destination, the type of payment chosen and the type of item purchased. The Customer is obliged to check at the time of delivery that the packaging is intact and that the number of packages corresponds to the number indicated on the delivery document. 8.Payment methods<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Carloforte Tonnare PIAM srl accepts payment for products ordered by major Credit Cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express circuits), PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. To use Apple Pay on carlofortetonnare.com, you must use Safari, log into your iCloud account and have a payment card added to your Wallet. To use Google Pay, you must have already set up your Google Pay account and have a payment card added to Wallet. Credit card information is handled directly by Stripe (www.stripe.com) or other banks that specialize in handling online payments; PayPal information is handled directly by PayPal. The information is encrypted through the use of state-of-the-art encryption systems that prevent its use by third parties and is sent directly to the bank. <\/p>\n\n

Carloforte Tonnare PIAM srl reserves the right to make a request to the bank issuing the card for verification of genuineness on the ownership of the card itself or to PayPal in case of problems. For any reimbursement to the Buyer, if he is entitled, <\/p>\n\n

Carloforte Tonnare PIAM srl will reimburse you within 14 (fourteen) days from the verification of compliance, any sums already collected for the purchase of products, by bank transfer, according to the terms and conditions. The picture accompanying the description sheet of a product may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics, and differ in color, size, accessory products in the picture. Carloforte Tonnare PIAM srl assumes no responsibility for any errors in the product sheets of marketed items, which must therefore be understood as purely expositive for commercial and marketing purposes. The essential characteristics of the products are presented within each item sheet.Should the product be altered in its essential characteristics or inedible (in the case of a food product), Carloforte Tonnare PIAM srl undertakes to replace the altered goods with a new supply at its own expense.<\/p>\n\n
